Внести в часть 1 Гражданского кодекса Кыргызской Республики (Ведомости Жогорку Кенеша Кыргызской Республики, 1996 г., № 6, ст.80) следующие изменения: в статье 254-1: в абзаце втором пункта 2 слова ", кроме случаев, предусмотренных пунктом 3 настоящей статьи" исключить; пункты 3 и 4 признать утратившими силу; в пункте 5 слово "указанными" исключить.
