1. Установить, что со дня вступления в силу настоящего Закона лицензии и разрешения, выданные на виды деятельности, исключенные настоящим Законом, теряют юридическую силу, а документы, поступившие на рассмотрение для выдачи лицензий и разрешений по этим видам деятельности, подлежат возврату заявителям.
2. Правительству Кыргызской Республики в трехмесячный срок привести свои решения в соответствие с настоящим Законом.
