Правительству Кыргызской Республики в двухмесячный срок привести свои решения в соответствие с настоящим Законом. Настоящий Закон вступает в силу с 1 января 2013 года.
Часть 43 статьи 1 настоящего Закона вступает в силу с 1 января 2009 года
Статья 2 настоящего Закона вступает в силу с 1 января 2012 года
