Правительству Кыргызской Республики уполномочить государственный орган исполнительной власти в области защиты прав и интересов детей выступать в качестве уполномоченного органа от Кыргызской Республики при исполнении норм, возложенных Конвенцией о защите детей и сотрудничестве в отношении международного усыновления.
