The act is no longer in force. Basis: Закон КР от 18 января 2022 года № 4.
Внести в Налоговый кодекс Кыргызской Республики (Ведомости Жогорку Кенеша Кыргызской Республики, 2008 г., № 8, ст.922) следующие изменение и дополнение:
1. В пункте 20 статьи 153 слова "для членов кооператива" исключить.
2. Пункт 4 части 4 статьи 163 после слова "гаражных" дополнить словами ", сельскохозяйственных товарно-сервисных".
