1. Для усыновления ребенка, достигшего возраста 10 лет, необходимо его согласие.
2. Если до подачи заявления об усыновлении ребенок проживал в семье усыновителя и считает его своим родителем, усыновление, в порядке исключения, может быть произведено без получения согласия усыновляемого ребенка.
