1. Настоящий Кодекс вступает в силу со дня официального опубликования.
2. До приведения в соответствие с настоящим Кодексом других законов и нормативных правовых актов Кыргызской Республики законы и нормативные правовые акты применяются в части, не противоречащей настоящему Кодексу.
