Внести в часть 1 Гражданского кодекса Кыргызской Республики (Ведомости Жогорку Кенеша Кыргызской Республики, 1996 г., № 6, ст.80) следующие изменения: в пункте 1 статьи 341 слова "краткосрочных кредитов" заменить словом "займов"; слова ", имеющими на это лицензию" исключить.
