Внести в Закон Кыргызской Республики "Об энергетике" от 30 октября 1996 года №56 следующие изменение и дополнение: в статье 9: в пункте 13 слово "электро-," исключить; статью дополнить пунктом 14 следующего содержания: "14) утверждать с согласия Жогорку Кенеша Кыргызской Республики тарифы на электроэнергию.".
