1. Настоящий Закон вступает в силу со дня официального опубликования.
2. Правительству Кыргызской Республики в установленном законом порядке привести свои нормативные правовые акты в соответствие с настоящим Законом.
3. Местным государственным администрациям и органам местного самоуправления привести свои решения в соответствие с настоящим Законом.
