Не допускается воспроизведение голосовой, плюсовой и частичной фонограмм при оказании услуг исполнителями музыкальных произведений в культурно-массовых мероприятиях, организуемых за счет средств республиканского и местных бюджетов Кыргызской Республики, за исключением мероприятий общенационального значения, а также при съемках и передаче в прямой эфир по каналам телевидения.
