The act is no longer in force. Basis: Закон КР от 19 октября 2013 года № 195.
Установить, что со дня вступления в силу настоящего Закона лицензии, выданные на виды деятельности, исключенные настоящим Законом из перечня видов деятельности, подлежащих обязательному лицензированию, теряют юридическую силу, а документы, поступившие на рассмотрение для выдачи лицензий по этим видам деятельности, подлежат возврату заявителям.
