Внести в Закон Кыргызской Республики "О государственных закупках" (Ведомости Жогорку Кенеша Кыргызской Республики, 2004 г., № 9, ст.409) следующее дополнение: статью 27 дополнить пунктом 5 следующего содержания: "5. При государственной закупке препаратов, принимаемых пожизненно, таких, как инсулин, должна учитываться индивидуальная переносимость.".
