1. Субъектами издательского дела являются издательства, авторы, изготовители и распространители печатной продукции.
2. Отношения между субъектами издательского дела и других видов деятельности регулируются договорами и соглашениями, заключенными в соответствии с законодательством Кыргызской Республики.
