Решение (предписание) антимонопольного органа подлежит исполнению в полном объеме и в установленные решением (предписанием) сроки. Неисполнение в срок или не в полном объеме указанного решения (предписания) влечет за собой последствия, предусмотренные антимонопольным законодательством.
