1. Настоящий Закон вступает в силу со дня официального опубликования.
2. Правительству Кыргызской Республики в шестимесячный срок:
внести предложения в Жогорку Кенеш Кыргызской Республики о приведении законодательных актов в соответствие с положениями настоящего Закона; привести свои решения в соответствие с настоящим Законом.
