1. Споры, связанные с осуществлением градостроительной деятельности, разрешаются в административном или судебном порядке в соответствии с законодательством Кыргызской Республики.
2. Споры, касающиеся возмещения убытков между субъектами градостроительных правоотношений, разрешаются в судебном порядке.
