Статья 7. Порядок вступления в силу настоящего Закона

1. Настоящий Закон вступает в силу со дня официального опубликования.
2. Часть 3 статьи 4 настоящего Закона вступает в силу с 1 января 2012 года.
3. Нормы статьи 6 настоящего Закона не распространяются на отношения, возникшие до вступления в силу настоящего Закона.
