Внести в Закон Кыргызской Республики "Об электроэнергетике" (газета "Эркин Тоо" от 12 февраля 1997 года № 8) следующее дополнение: абзац первый статьи 21 после слов "устанавливает тарифы" дополнить словами "с согласия Жогорку Кенеша Кыргызской Республики".
