Внести в Закон Кыргызской Республики "О порядке рассмотрения обращений граждан" (Ведомости Жогорку Кенеша Кыргызской Республики, 2007 г., № 5, ст.458) следующее дополнение: часть 1 статьи 4 после слов "должностным лицам" дополнить словами ", которые обязаны предоставить обоснованный ответ в установленный законом срок".
