Лица, виновные в нарушении настоящего Закона несут ответственность в соответствии с законодательством Кыргызской Республики. Энергетические компании, не выполняющие обязанности, возложенные законом, возмещают компенсацию в размере упущенной выгоды производителей ВИЭ. (В редакции Закона КР от 10 октября 2011 года № 167)
