Настоящий Закон вступает в силу со дня официального опубликования. Правительству Кыргызской Республики в 3-месячный срок со дня вступления в силу настоящего Закона:
- привести свои нормативные правовые акты в соответствие с настоящим Законом;
- внести в установленном порядке в Жогорку Кенеш Кыргызской Республики проекты законов, направленные на реализацию статьи 24 Закона Кыргызской Республики "О лицензировании".
