Внести в Закон Кыргызской Республики "О финансово-экономических основах местного самоуправления" (Ведомости Жогорку Кенеша Кыргызской Республики, 2004 г., № 2, ст.65) следующие изменения: в статье 7: название статьи изложить в следующей редакции: "Трансферты и добровольные взносы"; абзац первый пункта 4 изложить в следующей редакции: "Средства, передаваемые по взаимным расчетам из одного бюджета в другой бюджет:".
