The act is no longer in force. Basis: Закон Кыргызской Республики от 16 ноября 2022 года № 106.
1. Парламентским большинством считается фракция или коалиция фракций, имеющая более половины депутатских мандатов.
2. Фракция или фракции, не вошедшие в коалицию парламентского большинства, составляют парламентское меньшинство.
3. Фракция или фракции парламентского меньшинства вправе объявить о своей оппозиции.
