Внести в Закон Кыргызской Республики "О банках и банковской деятельности в Кыргызской Республике" (Ведомости Жогорку Кенеша Кыргызской Республики, 1997 г., № 10, ст.471) следующее дополнение: пункт 3 статьи 32 дополнить словами ", если иное не установлено законом".
