Настоящий Закон вступает в силу по истечении трех месяцев со дня официального опубликования, за исключением пунктов 3, 5 и 6 статьи 1.
Пункты 3, 5 и 6 статьи 1 настоящего Закона вступают в силу с 1 января 2010 года.
