Внести в Закон Кыргызской Республики "О хвостохранилищах и горных отвалах" (газета "Эркин Too" от 4 июля 2001 года № 48) следующее дополнение: статью 12 дополнить предложением следующего содержания: "Порядок и процедуры проведения контроля за состоянием хвостохранилищ и горных отвалов определяются законодательством Кыргызской Республики.".
