Внести в часть I Гражданского кодекса Кыргызской Республики (Ведомости Жогорку Кенеша Кыргызской Республики, 1996 г., N 6, ст.80) следующее дополнение: часть 1 статьи 12 после слова "органа" дополнить словами "или органа местного самоуправления".
