Судьи и другие военнослужащие военных судов проходят военную
службу в Вооруженных Силах Кыргызской Республики, входят в их штатную
численность, на них распространяются требования воинских уставов и
положения, определяющие порядок прохождения военной службы и
присвоения воинских званий, с учетом особенностей, установленных
настоящим Законом и законодательством Кыргызской Республики.
