Верховный суд Кыргызской Республики и местные суды (районные
(городские) суды, военные суды гарнизонов, областные суды, Военный
суд Кыргызской Республики, Бишкекский городской суд), осуществляющие
правосудие по гражданским, уголовным и административным делам,
составляют систему судов общей юрисдикции.
