1. Размеры ежемесячных социальных пособий устанавливаются Правительством Кыргызской Республики исходя из возможностей бюджета и состояния экономики с учетом прожиточного минимума.
2. Размер ежемесячного социального пособия для пожилых граждан, не имеющих права на пенсионное обеспечение, не должен превышать размера базовой части пенсии, установленной в соответствии с законодательством Кыргызской Республики.
