По вопросам, затрагивающим права и интересы молодежи, государс-
твенные органы и органы местного самоуправления могут создавать кон-
сультативные советы с участием представителей молодежных организаций и
других заинтересованных сторон для совместного обсуждения и выработки
решений рекомендательного характера.
