Настоящий Закон, за исключением пунктов 10 и 11 статьи 1 и статьи
2, вступает в силу с 1 января 2010 года. Пункты 10 и 11 статьи 1 и
статья 2 настоящего Закона вступают в силу с 1 июля 2009 года.
