Внести в Закон Кыргызской Республики "О кооперативах" (Ведомости Жогорку Кенеша Кыргызской Республики, 2004 г., № 10, ст.436) следующие изменения: в статье 5: в пункте 3 слова ", за исключением земельных участков (долей)" исключить; в подпунктах 1, 2, 3 пункта 4 слова "производственный кооператив кооператив, созданный", "перерабатывающий кооператив - кооператив,", "сервисный кооператив - кооператив," исключить.
