Внести в Трудовой кодекс Кыргызской Республики (Ведомости Жогорку Кенеша Кыргызской Республики, 2006 г., № 4, ст.392) следующее измене- ние: предложение третье части 4 статьи 378 изложить в следующей редак- ции: "Руководители государственных высших учебных заведений назначаются и освобождаются от должности в порядке и случаях, установленных законо- дательством об образовании.".
