Генеральная прокуратура совместно с заинтересованными министерствами и ведомствами разрабатывает систему и методику единого учета и статистической отчетности о состоянии преступности, раскрываемости преступлений, следственной работе и прокурорском надзоре, а также устанавливает единый порядок формирования и представления отчетности в органах прокуратуры.
