Генеральный прокурор вправе вносить на рассмотрение Пленума Верховного суда Кыргызской Республики представления о даче судам разъяснений по вопросам судебной практики по гражданским, экономическим, уголовным, административным и иным делам и принимать участие в их обсуждении.
