Настоящий Закон вступает в силу по истечении трех месяцев со дня официального опубликования, за исключением положений, касающихся лицензирования оценщиков (независимых экспертов), которые вступают в силу с момента внесения соответствующих дополнений в Закон Кыргызской Республики "О лицензировании".
