ципах:
- законность;
- взаимовыгодное сотрудничество;
- эффективность и прозрачность управления инвестиционным проектом;
- добровольность участия;
- добросовестность;
- реальность обеспечения исполнения обязательств;
- взаимность при установлении прав и обязанностей;
- равный доступ к участию в государственно-частном партнерстве.
