1. Взаимоотношения верующих военнослужащих и государственных органов регулируются законами Кыргызской Республики "О всеобщей воинской обязанности" и "О статусе военнослужащих".
2. Военнослужащие не вправе использовать свои служебные полномочия для пропаганды того или иного отношения к религии.
