На органы налоговой службы возлагаются следующие задачи:
1) контроль соблюдения налогового законодательства Кыргызской Республики;
2) оказание содействия налогоплательщику или его налоговому представителю по исполнению налогового обязательства в соответствии с требованиями, установленными налоговым законодательством Кыргызской Республики.
