1. Международная перевозка пассажиров, багажа и грузов, за исключением перевозок, осуществляемых железнодорожным транспортом, является поставкой с нулевой ставкой НДС.
2. Перевозка считается международной, если перевозка осуществляется с территории Кыргызской Республики на территорию другого государства или с территории другого государства на территорию Кыргызской Республики.
