Внести в Закон Кыргызской Республики "О банковской тайне" (Ведо- мости Жогорку Кенеша Кыргызской Республики, 2002 г., № 9, ст.410) сле- дующее изменение: в пункте 2 статьи 10 слова "легализации (отмыванию) доходов, полу- ченных незаконным путем" заменить словами "финансированию терроризма и легализации (отмыванию) доходов, полученных преступным путем".
