Должностные лица государственных органов, органов местного самоуправления, государственных, муниципальных и иных организаций, выполняющие организационно-распорядительные, административно-хозяйственные, контрольно-ревизионные или регистрационные функции, несут ответственность за нарушение положений настоящего Закона в порядке, установленном законодательством Кыргызской Республики.
