Действия государственных органов и органов местного самоуправления и их должностных лиц, а также юридических лиц, независимо от форм собственности, и их должностных лиц, повлекшие дискриминацию прав и свобод граждан по половому признаку, могут быть обжалованы, а граждане восстановлены в своих правах в судебном порядке.
