Государственный социальный заказ осуществляется посредством выпол- нения некоммерческими организациями государственных социальных программ (проектов) и отдельных мероприятий, направленных на решение социаль- но-экономических задач. Для участия в конкурсе допускаются некоммерческие организации, осуществляющие деятельность по направлениям, предусмотренным статьей 5 настоящего Закона.
