Настоящий Закон, за исключением пунктов 2 и 4 статьи 1, вступает в
силу со дня подписания. Пункты 2 и 4 статьи 1 настоящего Закона вступа-
ют в силу с 1 октября 2008 года.
Правительству Кыргызской Республики привести свои нормативные акты
в соответствие с настоящим Законом.
