1. Вице-мэр (первый) города республиканского и областного значения
замещает мэра в период его отсутствия и выполняет обязанности, возло- женные мэром города.
2. Вице-мэры города республиканского и областного значения несут
ответственность за выполняемые ими функции перед мэром города.
