1. Органы местного самоуправления несут ответственность за закон-
ность принимаемых решений.
2. Споры по восстановлению нарушенных прав юридических и физичес-
ких лиц, возникающие в результате действия или бездействия органов местного самоуправления, а также возмещение причиненного ущерба решают- ся в судебном порядке.
