1. Финансовый год Агентства устанавливается с 1 января по 31 декабря включительно.
2. Агентство ведет постоянный учет и отчетность в соответствии с международными стандартами бухгалтерского учета.
3. Агентство подготавливает годовую финансовую отчетность в соответствии со статьей 40 настоящего Закона.
